OpenCV - Lettura di un'immagine in scala di grigi

Il seguente programma dimostra come leggere un'immagine colorata in scala di grigi e visualizzarla utilizzando la finestra JavaFX. Qui dentro abbiamo letto l'immagine passando la bandieraIMREAD_GRAYSCALE insieme alla stringa che tiene il percorso di un'immagine colorata.
